Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the yunes.it website and of Yunes products and services (CRM, telephone and messaging communication services, AI-powered assistants). By using the services you accept these terms; for customers with a signed agreement, the contractual terms prevail in case of conflict.
2. Provider
3. Account
An account is required to use the services. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activities performed with your account; report any unauthorised use immediately.
4. Acceptable use
The services must be used in compliance with the law and the rights of third parties. In particular you may not: send unsolicited communications (spam) or messages without the recipient's consent where required; use the services for unlawful, deceptive or harassing content; interfere with the security or operation of the platform. WhatsApp features are additionally subject to Meta's policies (WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy), including the use of approved templates for business-initiated messages.
5. AI features
Some features use artificial-intelligence systems that automatically answer calls and messages. Automated replies may contain errors: the customer remains responsible for supervising the service towards their own end customers and for the accuracy of the configured information (opening hours, prices, availability).
6. Fees
Paid services are governed by the subscribed plan or agreement, which defines fees, billing and duration.
7. Intellectual property
The platform's software, trademarks and content belong to Swissvoip SA or their respective owners. Data uploaded by the customer remains the customer's property.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Swissvoip SA is not liable for malfunctions attributable to third-party platforms (for example Meta/WhatsApp or telecom operators) nor for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension and termination
Swissvoip SA may suspend or terminate access to the services in case of breach of these terms, unlawful use or risk to the security of the platform, giving notice where possible.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano (Switzerland), without prejudice to mandatory legal venues.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated: the version published on this page is the one in force. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
